   本专业培养适应社会主义市场经济建设需要,德、智、体、美全面发展,具有扎实的管理学和审计学理论基础,熟悉管理审计的理论体系与方法工具,掌握现代企业管理的发展前沿,富有创新精神和实践能力,主要面向国有大型集团、外资企业、大型民营企业从事管理审计业务的应用性人才。

专业特色

   整合公司省级特色专业之一工商管理专业和学校优势专业审计学的优势,将管理学与审计学有机结合,使得员工不仅具有扎实的管理学和审计学理论基础,而且掌握现代化的管理审计的基本方法与技术。依托于学校与中国内部审计协会和IIA(国际注册内部审计师协会)的良好业务关系,将CIA(国际注册内部审计师)课程体系有机嫁接进企业管理的课程体系中,员工第四年可以参加CIA的报名考试。

   管理学、微观经济学、宏观经济学、管理信息系统、统计学、计量经济学、会计学基础、审计学、财务管理、市场营销、货币银行学、证券投资学、金融市场学、战略管理、运营管理、公司治理与风险管理、人力资源管理、管理咨询、内部审计、中级财务会计、成本管理会计、财务分析等。

就业方向及趋势

   管理审计方向的毕业生的主要就业方向是国有大型企业集团、外资企业、大型民营企业等和管理审计岗位,毕业生也可继续进行CIA中文或英文考试,或攻读硕士学位以及出国深造。


Training objectives

  This major aims to provide graduates who are virtuous and intelligent, and fit the need of the development of socialist market economy. Students are trained with management and auditing theories, and will be practical talents who are familiar with the auditing management system and most of the methods and tools, acknowledge the frontier of modern management, and are creative. They will be suitable for the position of management auditing in big state-owned enterprises, foreign companies, and big private enterprise.

Characteristics

  This major takes advantage of the characteristics of management and finance -- two branded majors of NAU, which leads to solid theoretical basis of management and finance, and modern methods and skills on management auditing. Based on the business relationship between NAU and the Institute of Internal Auditors of China, and between NAU and IIA, we will graft the course system of CIA into the course system of management, and senior students will be able to take the CIA test.
